Generally, investment targets will be mature companies or divisions of larger corporations with established cash flow or established companies requiring capital to pursue clearly identified growth opportunities focusing on roll up and consolidation, distribution expansion, and vertical and horizontal integration strategies.

We target control-oriented buyout and expansion investment opportunities in small- to mid-market companies. We focus our efforts on companies where financial and operating performance can be enhanced through active ownership.
