MARTIN WEINBERG
FOUNDER
Martin Weinberg brings extensive private and public company experience, including development and implementation of growth and acquisition strategies in Canada and the United States. Mr.Weinberg was previously founder, President and CEO of Assante Corporation and Loring Ward International. Until its sale in 2003, Assante was a TSX-listed wealth management company with a network of operations extending across Canada and the United States. A start-up company in 1995, Assante was sold for approximately $1 billion eight years later. Upon the sale of Assante, its U.S. operations were spun off into a new company, Loring Ward, where Mr.Weinberg served as Chairman and CEO.

LEONARD ASPER
FOUNDER
Leonard Asper is the President and CEO of CanWest Global Communications Corp., Canada's leading international media company whose holdings include: Global Television - a national Canadian broadcasting network, several other independent television stations and cable channels, the National Post and 12 major city daily newspapers in Canada, making it the country's largest newspaper publisher. CanWest also owns and operates television networks, radio stations and outdoor advertising businesses in New Zealand, Australia and the Republic of Ireland. Previously Mr. Asper held various positions within the CanWest organization, including Chief Operating Officer and Vice-President, Corporate Development.

DAVID ASPER
FOUNDER
David Asper is the Executive Vice President of CanWest Global Communications Corp., and Chairman of the National Post newspaper. He is a member of the board of directors of CanWest and serves as a member of both its corporate Executive Management and Pension Committees. Previously Mr. Asper has served in a variety of management roles within the CanWest organization and played major roles in a variety of its acquisitions both within Canada and internationally. Mr. Asper is also responsible for a number of the Asper family's private investments, including its real estate division.

GREGORY MILAVSKY
FOUNDER
Gregory Milavsky is an experienced private equity executive. He was previously Managing Director and Group Head of Private Equity Investments for Scotiabank, a position he held since July 2000. Prior to that, he was head of Rothschild Quantico Capital, a merchant banking venture based in Toronto. Mr. Milavsky's experience in the investment industry includes five years at Rothschild Canada Limited, most recently as Senior Vice President and Director. Prior to Rothschild, he worked for James D. Wolfensohn Incorporated in New York and for the Canadian Imperial Bank Group in London and Tokyo. Mr. Milavsky has been a board member of a number of public and private companies as well as several community and charitable organizations. He earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Master's degree with distinction in Business administration from the Harvard Business School.

BOB SILVER
FOUNDER
Bob Silver is the President of Western Glove Works Ltd., a leading Canadian clothing manufacturer. He is also a Director of Warehouse One Clothing Ltd., a retail clothing chain with 98 stores, and President of RIS Media Ltd., a general partner of FP Canadian Newspapers Limited Partnership, which operates the Winnipeg Free Press and the Brandon Sun. Mr. Silver has been active in a number of other successful manufacturing, retail and real estate businesses in Western Canada and the U.S., and has been involved in all aspects of business operations, including acquisitions, restructuring and general management oversight.
