Martin Weinberg founded the firm in 2006. He is joined by prominent Canadian families, such as the Asper, Silver and Milavsky families, who have experience as owner-operators of companies representing a cross-section of diverse industry sectors. This group has a practical understanding of private equity, having created and built businesses, managed their growth, raised capital and exited.
